Okay, here we go again :) Another month, another story. I seriously don't know how I did... first, I haven't blogged much this month, but I'm not sure I read either... Or perhaps I did, but it was all at the beginning or at the end of the month. Work has cramped my reading life, ugh. Also, I've suffered a bad case of "What to read?" syndrome this month... Usually, I buy new books to get me out of it, but there was absolutely nothing coming out in mid-September... Of course, at the moment, there's like a waterfall of new releases... Hopefully, this month, I'll be back to my regular self :)
1) To Catch a Thief by Christina Skye: C-
2) Feint or Art by Hailey Lind: B-
3) The Horsemaster's Daughter by Susan Wiggs: B
4) Nightwalker by Jocelynn Drake: B-
5) Price of Desire by Jo Goodman: C
6) That's (Not Exactly) Amore by Tracey Bateman: B+

14) Mr. Cavendish, I presume? by Julia Quinn: B/B+
So there it is, my reads for September. Have to say, I'm slightly under average... but not by much. As usual, the end of the month made a huge difference in the numbers... Seriously, I think I'm going to start looking forward to the end of the month, not just because of the Harlequin (Mira, HQN and Luna) releases come into store early, but also because I actually read! LOL :)
As usual, my review numbers suck though. I'm definitively going to work hard on it this month!! and I think I'll also start a monthly post series about which books I'm looking forward for the month :) Just so it reminds me of the books I actually want to buy. I did an online order this week and seriously, I just couldn't remember which books I wanted to read!!
I'm still looking for a good way to keep track of my reads... I've forgone the whole book journal for almost 2 months now... I miss it :( Shelfari isn't bad... but you know when you enter the date for a book? It doesn't show up!! It just says: read x times. I tried starting a google doc/excel spreadsheet... and I ended up putting lots of details... but I don't know :(
